Dear parents,
We are pleased to announce the launch of BLC’s Holiday Fundraiser! We are selling beautiful wreaths and planters from C.C. Farms, as well as coffees, teas, and treats from Equator Coffee. Ordering is simple and you are encouraged to share this information with family and friends.

2) Fill in all sections of the form. It is a google form that does not do calculations, so you will need to manually enter a total for each section (mark $0 if you didn’t order any product from a certain section) and then keep track of your overall total. Taxes are included in all prices.
3) E-transfer your total payment to melissa.hammell@gmail.com. Orders are due Friday November 13th, and products will be delivered on Tuesday December 1st.
